- Provide remote assistance — our team may access your TallyPrime environment via screen sharing (e.g. AnyDesk, TeamViewer) only with your explicit permission during active support sessions
Communication & Service Updates
- Send relevant updates about TallyPrime version releases, GST/compliance changes, and our new TDL solutions (you may opt out at any time)
- Respond to inquiries submitted via our website contact form or WhatsApp
- Conduct occasional feedback surveys to improve our services
4. Tally & Your Business Data
This section is specific to how we handle access to your TallyPrime data during support or implementation engagements.
Important: We Do Not Store Your Tally Data
TallyPrime is an on-premises software. Your accounting data, ledgers, inventory records, and financial information remain on your own computer or server and are never transferred to or stored by Shivansh Infosys. Tally Solutions itself also does not have access to your company data in TallyPrime.
Remote Support Sessions
- Our support team may access your TallyPrime environment via screen sharing tools (e.g. AnyDesk, TeamViewer) only when you initiate and approve the session
- Access is limited to the duration of the support session and the specific issue being resolved
- We do not copy, record, or retain screenshots or data from your TallyPrime company files
- You may terminate any remote session at any time by closing the screen sharing software

We take reasonable steps to protect the contact and business information you share with us:

- Client contact and license records: Retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 3 years
- GST invoices and financial records: 7 years as required under Indian tax law
- Support and service correspondence: 2 years after ticket closure
- Marketing opt-in records: Until you unsubscribe
When We Delete Data
- When the retention period above expires
- When you request deletion of your contact information (where not restricted by legal retention requirements)
- When an inquiry did not result in an engagement and the inquiry is more than 1 year old
